AutoBlogger – How stupid can stupid get
From AutoBlogger.net:
“AutoBlogger is a powerful content-authoring software tool designed for online columnists and bloggers. Upon installation, AutoBlogger uses a sophisticated Artificial Intelligence algorithm to ‘read’ the public entries of your journal/blog to triangulate a sense of your writing style. From that point forward, any time you hit a writer’s block, want to take a vacation, or simply wish to step away from your computer for a few days, AutoBlogger can be set to take over, using what it has learned about your posting and writing patterns to author original content in a voice consistent with your existing prose. AutoBlogger frees the busy blogger to a life outside computers, by giving your readers the impression you are constantly online.”
So, what are those guys thinking??? even if auto blogger can get my writing style, it won’t get my opinions, and I’ll probably disagree with anything it writes in my name. In the weirdest add ever, this guy describes how tons of people check his site daily, expecting new articles, and how AutoBlogger saved his life. well, if someone visits a blog daily, it’s because they like what the guy has to say, not because they want to read a bunch of meaningless words. anyways, i’d like to se an AutoBlogger powered blog post that makes any sense. I’ll believe it when i see it, and if i can see it, that means they failed. i’ll stick to the following rule: “if you have nothing to say, don’t say it.”
Update: OK, it was a prank, but a good one. read about it on its creators blog.
