Kill Internet Explorer

kill ieAs a web developer, I keep on getting get frustrated with Internet Explorer’s lack of standards compliance, so I created this page, explaining why using IE is a bad Idea. So if you are one of those 30.7% of this sites visitors who use IE, click the link and find out why you should drop IE.

    I sooo know what you mean. I was working on a peice of server side code to measure download speed today and had serious problems with IE caching the file and screwing up the results.

    I had to change the script just to work around IE being stupid. Grrrr.

    what langiage were you using … i don’t know about asp or perl or anything else, but if it’s php then it’s totally ur fault for the caching poblems … not i.e .. the php manual cleaaarly states a woraround from the very beginning og the header() documentation …as for teh actual matter of i.e being teh sukk..i totally agree, i avoid it like a plagu, literally . but then again i’m generally a liux user so i use konqueror and firefox, and firefox’s little orther torpark when i’m at school that way i don’t have to use their sukku i.e browser

    great idea but i am not sure if you realy can do zthis with every site. just think about microsoft.com there are more than 30% users who use the IE as a browser. but on webmaster/ grafic websites normally nobody uses the IE.
