WordPress Themes

Here are some themes I ported to the WordPress blogging system, from select designs posted at open source design sites, such as Open Designs
All themes were tested with WordPress 2, and on the following browsers: Safari & Firefox on the Mac, and IE 6 on windows.
All themes are compatible with the WordPress widgets plugin.
If you have a open source design that you want converted into a WP theme, contact me and I might do it.
Please let me know if you find any bugs in the themes. Thanks.

I think the “X Blog” is great. I love the navigation buttons. However, is there any way to expand this to three columns. I confess my ignorance of CSS and HTML. I really want to use this theme, but I really want a three column blog. Can you give me some tips to how to do it?

I have one more question about the X Blog theme. Is it possible to have the sub-pages display beneath the parent page on the navigation buttons like you blog on this site? That is, once you click on one of the navigation buttons, the sub-pages appear beneath it.

One of the frustrations I have with Wordpress in general is the difficulty of navigating through the sub-pages. Unless you have a “Page” sidebar, which makes the sidebar look cumbersome to me, it isn’t readily apparent that the sub-pages even exist.

Check in the WP admin, do the comments show up? they might be being held by a spam filter.

Hi,

The X-Blog is really terrific and thanks for your obvious hard work.

Just one thing, is there a fix for the sidebar problem. Like – if you click your test catagoies – featured(2) – then ‘new host’, the main content seems to go left and takes the side bar to the bottom.

Sorry to worry you – bit new to this and just setting up.

Just noticed it’s only in ie, Firefox is OK.

One day, the ‘big boys of browsers’ will confirm a bit more!.

Can’t work out why it only affects that navigational page and not the others?

Please don’t feel I thought it was a fault, certainly not. I blame these browser ‘inventions’ which muck up so much. I’ve had terrible problems with my HTML sites !
